There are many Kite boarding centers around the island, particularly in and around Bulabog Beach.

Boracay is also home to the Asia leg of the Kite-board tour. With it being the only officially sanctioned Asian tour by the International Kite-boarding Association. The tour brings many international stars to Boracay Island shores incluing Susi Mai. The tour is held annually in March with the 2011 tour being held between 16th and 20th March 2011.
